A two day event applauding excellence in improvement and innovation. Each day will see the short listed organizations in each category presenting their noteworthy projects and practices interspersed with Power Workshops (group activity concluding with a one point learning) and Leader Speak (industry leaders sharing their insights on our theme).

Day one will focus on improvement projects that have enabled organizations to improve their processes and reduce the cost of poor quality. Day two will feature innovations in generic managerial practices.
